Born and raised in Seattle, Erica Gretch boasts deep-rooted connections to the region’s housing landscape. From her early years assisting with her family’s prominent residential building venture, Erica acquired an expansive skill set — encompassing real estate finance, pricing, home staging, and curating finishes for modern developments. This rich foundation propelled her into a flourishing career in real estate, enabling her to guide clients seamlessly through the complexities of property transactions. Today, Erica seamlessly bridges her expertise between Washington and Arizona, offering bespoke services in property buying, selling, investment consulting, and mentorship in real estate. Beyond her professional realm, she is an avid hiker, runner, and DIY interior design enthusiast. Time with her husband and their three sons remains her most cherished treasure.

Crista Jacobsen

I am a Northwest native who is proud to call Snohomish County home. I am excited to bring my passion for real estate to others, whether that’s finding an investment property or dream home, or selling a property. I will work to help you get everything you want — plus my knowledge and enthusiasm will make it a fun and enjoyable experience. I have joined a successful team with an effective network which will help me ensure your transaction goes smoothly. I have spent a great deal of my life volunteering and giving back to my local community, and plan to grow those efforts with the support of my business. In my personal time, you can find me at my kids’ many sports games and practices. I love watching football and am a big Seahawks fan.

Nicole has over 18 years of customer service experience, as well as 15 years in sales. Outside of real estate Nicole is a proud wife and mother of three. Nicole enjoys yoga, cooking, and all the outdoor activities the PNW has to offer. Nicole also finds satisfaction in giving back to her community through multiple volunteer opportunities.
